  3. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the firm's revenue goals. This involves creating sales plans, setting sales targets, and tracking sales performance.

  4. Creating marketing and promotional materials to promote the firm's legal services. This includes developing sales presentations, creating marketing materials, and coordinating promotional events.

  5. Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This involves monitoring sales performance, tracking customer behavior, and identifying areas where the firm can improve its sales and marketing efforts.
